APHChibiOntario and Quebec-kun

I don't think Ontario and Quebec-kun look right being buddy-buddy. I much prefere them being mean to each other (and Manitoba standing in the background ready to bash someone's head in with his snow shovel.) :>

I did a quick picture to appologize for neglecting the IAM community. I am still very busy and I don't think I will be back any time soon. I'm sorry!
